TIPS ON USING INSURANCE CARE

  • Patients should bring and present a valid insurance card and ID card or passport on their visit.
  • If no results are available from customers tests, endoscopy, or any kinds of sonography, X-ray, CT, ect. The customers are requested to deposit an amount sum-up or corresponding to the estimated cost of treatment as an interim guarantee. After obtaining the results and the final diagnosis, the clinic will contact the customer insurance company. If the insurer agrees to cover all the medical expenses, the deposited amount will be returned and refunded.
  • If the insurer refuses to cover the expenses because the diagnosis is not in the list of inclusions, the insured must pay the medical bill and the clinic will provide a full documentation for claim purposes.
  • If the insurance policy is deductible or in co-payment plan with the insurance company, the customer has to pay this amount directly to the clinic.
